About
Rhythm
Ventures
and
Bob
Hyslop
In
2005
after
holding
“traditional”
positions
within
the
private
and
public
sectors,
I
decided
to
create
a
new
professional
direction
for
myself.
I
developed
a
business
plan
that
would
allow
me
to
use
my
passion
for
drumming
in
a
very
creative
and
business
friendly
way.
Thus
RhythmVentures
was
conceived
with
the
express
purpose
of
delivering
to
organizations,
a
compelling
demonstration
of
team
leadership
and
the
potential
of
the
team
work
ethic
all
within
the
creative
environment
of
a
group
drumming
dynamic.

My

background
is
in

of
drumming.
As
a

of

is
acutely
clear
to
me.
I
